Living through life makes one to discover that there are several reasons why we feel the need for some inspirational words of encouragement.What I am trying to say is that often times we are confronted with certain situations that require more than just experience and zest to make it. Someone dealing with the death of a loved one
Someone who has lost a loved one needs someone who can speak positively about the situation. They need to be told everything is okay and the person who has died will live forever in their memories. Be weary of overdoing it. It is important to say the right things all the time or else you will exacerbate the situation.
Let me emphasize and say that when you are trying to encourage someone who is grieving, you need to be skilful and very sensitive.
A person who is just starting a new job
It can get very intimidating to move in to a new workplace especially if it is not what you have done before. If you know someone who has just started in a new job then you better think of ways to make that person settle in. If the person has a good sense of humour, it is a good idea to send him or her some poetry of encouragement about the first day at work.
Someone living in a foreign country
Being in a foreign country can be so stressful especially if you can not understand the local language. One of the predominant feelings are anxiety and being home sick. I know someone who fell into a serious depression a few days after arriving in a new country – to stay for 12 months. This person spent two months seriously ill due to depression.
There are many more people who need to be encouraged from time to time. These include those who are sick and those in prisons. As you live through each day, always remember that someone needs you to speak some few motivational words.
